OPERATION :

1.	Plug the power cord in the 012V4.
2.	Press the power switch on.
3.	Point the flash light at the repetitive motion.
4.	Turn the control knobs from hight to low speed, until the first stationery image appears.
5.	RPM is instantly displayed.
Note: The stationery image may be easily confirmed, if reference marks of the moving object are taken into account.
